Bassenji's NSFW Commissions (18+)

Please read carefully!

You must be at least 18 years of age to commission me. If the legal age in your country is over 18, you must be at least that age.
Payment will always be taken upfront (Read on about payment plans).
All prices are in USD.
Please do not send the payment yourself, wait for me to send you an invoice.
If your comm is selected and you have entered the queue, a quote estimate will be given, and upon your approval an invoice will be sent.
I hold the right to delay or cancel a commission if payment has not been made within two days since an invoice was sent.

For comms above $500, a payment plan can be made.
Payments can be made monthly or weekly. The full amount can be broken down in up to 3 payments.
Progress on the comm will only start once it has been paid in full.

After payment has been made, an initial sketch will be sent in approximately 7 days (estimate and not binding).
The commission will be completed in approximately a month (estimate and not binding). Bigger projects can take even longer!
After you approve of the sketch, I will send another WIP once base colors are added.
Significant edits/revisions can only be done in the initial sketch stage and at the base colors stage. After I begin coloring, only minor corrections can be made
An extra fee might be needed if there is a large amount of revisions required, so please make sure you describe what you want as best as possible.
If revisions are requested on a part that was approved at a previous stage, it might require additional payment to cover the extra work time.
Please take into account that making revisions might delay the delivery time of the finished piece.
Upon completion, I will send you a high resolution PNG file.
Make sure to save a copy of your file! If you lose it, I cannot guarantee to still have a copy due to storage space limitations.

The queue lists the commissions I am currently working on. If your comm is selected, you will be put on the queue; if it is full, you will be put on the waitlist. You will be notified whether you are in the queue or in the waitlist via email, and you can always check your status on my Trello.
Once you move from the waitlist to the queue, you will receive an email with your price quote.
Please make sure that you check your email inbox regularly. If you do not reply to the quote within 2 days, you will lose your spot.
Upon your confirmation of the quote, I will send you an invoice.
Please pay the invoice within 2 days, or the commission may be canceled.

If you did not ask for a private commission, I retain rights to post and upload WIPs., finished, or edited images of my commissions on social media.
I retain full rights to my images- the commissions I make are for personal, non-commercial use, unless stated otherwise and discussed with me before commissioning me.
Do not redistribute or resell my art unless I gave you explicit permission to do so. You may print your commission for your own personal use if you'd like.
Feel free to showcase your piece in your own social media and use it as an icon/banner etc, as long as you give me proper credit.
Please do not make significant edits to the piece without discussing it with me beforehand. (Such as changing outfits, adding a watermark, etc.)

You may ask for a full refund if I haven't started working on your commission yet.
You may cancel a commission at any time, but if I did start working on it, you will get a partial refund according to the amount of work already done. You will receive a high-resolution PNG of the art in its current state.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I believe I cannot work on it for any reason. The same refund guidelines as stated above apply for this situation.
